Welcome to Miwe Cosmetics (formally Lust and Loyalty Cosmetics)

Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days (these days exclude weekend and federal holidays) 
Miwe ships all customer orders via USPS first class mail and USPS priority mail (depending on what you chose during checkout). Both will include a tracking number sent upon shipping to you via email. 
During high volume sales shipping may take 5-7 days. 
Do you accept returns? Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Unless the item is damaged during transit, in that case we will send the exact item to you as a replacement. 
My order tracking states that the order was delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?
In this case, please contact the USPS directly or confirm with your local postal carrier/post office to determine where the package was left. If a package is showing delivered via USPS.com, We consider those packages delivered and we will not be able to reship the order. Please always make sure to have your orders delivered to a safe location.
My order tracking has not been updated ever from USPS, what should I do? In these cases we deem those orders lost in transit and because the package  was never scanned by USPS, we will send a new package. Although we may ask for at least 3-5 days after the original date of shipping to reship, just to make sure the original package does not arrive.
